The Kent County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Antonio Yanez with two counts of first degree child molestation, three counts of second degree child molestation and one count of obstructing a police officer.
It is alleged that on or about July 7 and 8, 2014, Yanez sexually molested a person fourteen years of age or younger, with the molestation being in the first and second degree. Additionally, it is alleged that on or about July 8, 2014, Yanez knowingly obstructed a police officer.
The alleged events took place in Warwick, and the Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Yanez is scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on October 24, 2014.
