Zack Khamvongsa, age 21 168 Farmington Avenue Providence, RI P1-2015-0544AG
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Zack Khamvongsa with murder, discharge of a firearm while in the commission of a crime of violence resulting in death, and two counts of carrying a firearm without a license. It is alleged that on or about December 17, 2014, Khamvongsa shot and killed Anthony Mitchell.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Khamvongsa is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Netti C. Vogel on February 26, 2015.
