The Civic Leadership Awards are given annually to two outstanding students from every high school in Rhode Island who have made remarkable civic contributions to their schools, their community and their hometowns. Local high school officials nominate one male and one female student who best meet the ideals of the award: public service, leadership ability and academic achievement.
