The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Kunwar Chadha with one count of first degree child molestation and four counts of second degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about dates between October 31, 2011 and July 31, 2012, Chadha molested a boy 14 years of age or under. The alleged molestation took place in Cumberland and the Cumberland Police conducted the investigation. Chadha is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 21, 2016.
Pablo Mendoza (age 27) 148 Althea Street Providence, RI P1-2015-3413A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Pablo Mendoza with murder, possession of a knife during a crime of violence, larceny under $1,500, and conspiracy to commit larceny. It is alleged that on or about July 28, 2016, Mendoza, stabbed and killed Harold Northup while he was seated as a passenger in a vehicle, in the vicinity of Althea St., Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Mendoza is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 21, 2016.
