The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Howard Smith with two counts of first degree robbery.
It is alleged that on or about March 17, 2018 and again on May 25, 2018, Smith robbed the Speedway on Putnam Pike in Smithfield.
The Smithfield Police conducted the investigation. Smith is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence Count Superior Court on September 5, 2018.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Calin Otis and Bill Mazzariello each with one count of first degree robbery and one count of conspiracy.
It is alleged that on or about February 16, 2018, Otis and Mazzariello conspired to commit robbery and did an individual.
The alleged incident took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Otis and Mazzariello are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on September 12, 2018.
