At 9:51 AM Troopers arrested Antron Lassiter, age 31, of 24 Olney Ave, Apt. 1, North Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant on the charge of Domestic Simple Assault originating from the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Avenue, in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Providence Police Department.
At 10:54 AM, Troopers arrested Luis Baez, age 21, of 17 James Street, Providence, Rhode Island on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct originating from the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Potters Avenue, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and turned over to Sixth Division District Court.
At 11:17 Troopers and members of the Traffic Safety Unit, arrested Michael Marsh, age 41, of 11 Hackman Place, Warwick, RI. For 1.) Driving while Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs, First Offense-BAC Unknown 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test-First Offense (Misdemeanor). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 37 in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
At 12:59 AM Troopers arrested Michela Stephenson, age 24, of 17 Atlantic Boulevard, North Providence, RI. For 1.) Driving while Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs, First Offense- BAC .15 or Greater (Phase 1- .223), (Phase 2- .199). The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a reasonable adult.
At 1:03 AM Troopers arrested Kenneth Fernandez, age 22, of 96 Gallatin Street, Providence, RI. For 1.) Reckless Driving and 2.) Obstruction of Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Gallatin Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
