At 1:33PM Troopers arrested Lisa Smith, age 43 of 50 Park Place, Pawtucket, Rhode Island on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Shoplifting originating from the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Potters Avenue, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to Third Division District Court.
At 11:04PM Troopers arrested Alexis Adames, age 21, of 10 Bedell Avenue, Apt. 1, Providence, Rhode Island on a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Unlawful Breaking and Entering originating out of the Johnston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bridgham Street, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Facility- Men's Intake Center.
At 1:40AM Troopers arrested Tyrone Walker, age 42, of 19 Fletcher Avenue, Apt. 2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, First Offense-BAC Unknown and 2.) Refusal to submit to a chemical test. The arrest was a result of Troopers discovering a motor vehicle accident in a construction zone on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
