At 11:23AM Troopers arrested Anthony Lopez, age 21, of 38 Veazie Street, Providence, Rhode Island on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked/Canceled License originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Valley Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and later transported to Sixth Division District Court for afternoon arraignment.
At 8:38PM Troopers arrested Sharif Fairweather, age 44, of 327 Admiral Street, Providence, Rhode Island on 1.) a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation Hearing on the original charge of Vandalism originating out of the Pawtucket police Department, 2.) a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving With an Expired License originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North at Lonsdale Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and later transported to the ACI Men's Intake Center.
At 8:27PM Troopers arrested Alfred Verdone, age 60, of 7 Ingalls Court, Methuen, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs, First Offense - BAC Unknown 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense, and 3) Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 West in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
At 10:08PM Troopers arrested Lesvia Zelada, age 34, of 53 Gloucester Street Apt #1, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs, First Offense - BAC Unknown 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Cranston. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
