At 10:39AM Troopers arrested Kaitlin Ceriani, age 38, of 45 Hanover Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Receiving Stolen Goods. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hanover Street, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and later transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
At 11:12AM Troopers arrested Dax L. Polofsky, age 42, of 4 Dwight Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Reckless Driving – Second or subsequent offense, Felony, 2.) Driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs – First offense , BAC unknown, 3.) Obstructing officer in execution of duty, 4.) Driving with a suspended license – Third or subsequent offense, and 5.) Refusal to submit to a chemical test. The arrest was the result of a follow up investigation and subsequent motor vehicle stop by Troopers and members of the Cranston Police Department. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending arraignment at Third Division District Court where he will be presented as a probation and bail violator.
