At 10:19PM Troopers arrested Albertino Lopes, age 56, of 39 Jasper Street, Providence, Rhode Island for Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs – First Offense, B.A.C. .15 or Greater. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 East in the City of East Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to a responsible adult.
At 11:38PM Troopers arrested Alvin Zabaleta Ortiz, age 30, of 97 DePasquale Square, Providence, Rhode Island for Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs, First Offense B.A.C. .15 or Greater. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to a responsible adult.
At 12:31AM Troopers arrested Felix Perez, age 30, of 64 Veazie Street, Apt. #2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs - First Offense - B.A.C. Unknown. 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test- First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and held overnight for arraignment at Sixth District Court where he will be presented as a probation violator.
