The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Vanderwater Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Sixth Division District Court.
On Friday, February 14, 2020, at 10:14 AM Troopers arrested Joseph Vanover, age 32, of Douglas Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island on a Providence Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Driving without Consent of Owner originating out of the Providence Police Department.
