At 10:59 AM, Troopers arrested Alicia Dubuque, age 41, of 96 Anthony Avenue, Apt.1, East Providence, Rhode Island for a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later transported to Providence Superior Court.
At 1:49 PM, Troopers arrested Josue Serrano, age 24, of 99 Hendrick Street, Apt. #2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1. Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance Scheduled V (Marijuana) 2. Possession of Marijuana Over 1 Ounce. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.
