On Thursday, February 27, 2020, at 11:06 AM, Troopers arrested Daniel Choquette, age 32 of 320 Orms Street Apt #2 Providence, Rhode Island, on a Kent County Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Domestic Violence originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and later transported to Kent County Superior Court.
On Thursday, February 27, 2020, at 8:15 PM, Troopers arrested Buckey Ford, age 47, of 54 Madeira Avenue for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs, B.A.C. .15 or greater (.207/.203)- First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street, in the City of Central Falls. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned, and later released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Thursday, February 27, 2020, at 8:39 PM, Troopers arrested Stephen Kennedy, Age: 31 of 29 Brooks Street, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Controlled Substance – Schedule II (Fentanyl) 2.) Driving so as to Endanger Resulting in Physical Injury 3.) Carrying of a Weapon While Intoxicated, and 4.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and /or Drugs. The arrest was the result of a Traffic Safety Unit/barracks investigation into a cruiser accident on February 4, 2020. The subject turned himself in to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.
On Thursday, February 27, 2020, at 11:19 PM, Troopers arrested Alize Huntley, age 23, of 670 North Main Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs, First Offense- B.A.C. Unknown (Pending Blood Results) and 2.) Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License – 3rd Offense. This Arrest was the result of a Motor Vehicle Stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned, and later released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Thursday, February 27, 2020, at 11:36 PM, Troopers arrested Jason Heroux, age 36. Of 139 South Bend Street, Pawtucket for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs, B.A.C. .15 or greater (.117/.116)- First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned, and later released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Friday, February 28, 2020, at 1:04 AM, Troopers arrested Shawn Huntley, age 36, of 70 Linwood Avenue, Providence, RI on a 1.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation Hearing on the Original Charge of Felony Domestic Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department, 2.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on the Original Charge of Domestic Violence - Felony Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a Motor Vehicle Stop on Ninigret Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake.
