At 4:07 PM, Troopers arrested Kelvin Estrella, age 26, of 1494 Broad Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on the original charge of Domestic Strangulation out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in the City of Providence. Estrella was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.
At 9:27 PM, Troopers of the of the Traffic Safety Unit arrested Sara Potter, age 43, of 75 Victory Highway, West Greenwich, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs, B.A.C .15 or greater (.182 /.186) - First Offense. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
At 12:32 AM, Troopers of the Traffic Safety Unit arrested Helen Jimenez, age 40, of 16 Holland Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs, B.AC .10-.15 (.134 /.136) - First Offense and 2.) Reckless Driving. The arrest was a result of Troopers observing and stopping a motor vehicle which was traveling the wrong way on Memorial Boulevard in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
