At 11:24 AM, Troopers arrested Michael Jenkins, age 25, of 12 Nickerson Street Apt #5, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the original charge of Obtaining Vehicles with Intent to Defraud originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue in the City of Providence. Jenkins was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Warwick Police Department.
At 11:24 AM, Troopers arrested Antwan Stuckey, age 27, of 34 June Street Apt #1A, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the charge of 1.) Domestic Simple Assault and 2.) Domestic Malicious Damage originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue in the City of Providence. Stuckey was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Providence Police Department.
At 11:52 AM, Troopers arrested Kayla Lipps, age 28, of 21 Princeton Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the original charge of 1.) Obtaining Money Under False Pretense/Personation over $1,500 2.) Computer Access Fraud 3.) Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses/Personation Under $1,500 and 4.) Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses/Personation Under $1,500, originating out of Rhode Island State Police Headquarters. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in the City of Providence. Lipps was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
