At 11:04AM Troopers arrested Anthony Faiola, age 47, of 519 Pawtucket Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs- Second Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident on Route 37, in the City of Cranston. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held pending his morning arraignment as a Probation Violator.
At 1:33PM Troopers arrested Julisa Amurra Adonay El, age 30, of 240 Broadway Street, Apartment #2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) (2) Counts of Simple Assault or Battery, 2.) Disorderly Conduct, and 3.) Obstruction of the Judicial System. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to 240 Broadway Street, Apartment #2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks and later turned over to State Police Headquarters.
At 9:10PM Troopers arrested Krishon Butler, age 24, of 21 Roger Williams Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Conspiracy originating out of the Johnston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on the Airport Connector in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Women's Intake Center.
At 12:16AM Troopers arrested Bianca Santiago Caba , age 26, of 175 Broad Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Failure to Stop for Accident originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bucklin Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Women's Intake Center.
At 12:16AM Troopers arrested Gary Richard, age 53, of 10 Cooper Street, North Providence, Rhode Island, on 1.) Newport County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Possession of Burglary Tools originating out of the Portsmouth Police Department. 2.) Second District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License originating out of the Tiverton Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.
