At 2:35PM Troopers arrested Jeuris Noboa, age 19, of 568 Public Street, Providence, Rhode Island on 1.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Payment on the original charge of First-Degree Robbery originating from the Providence Police Department, and 2.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on the original charge of Possession of Sawed-Off Shotgun originating from the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Public Street, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men's Intake Center.
At 11:17PM Troopers arrested Edward Phoenix, age 30, of 227 Mount Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs- First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and later released into the custody of a responsible adult.
