At 7:10 PM, Troopers arrested Keith Beard, age 45, of 437 Snake Hill Road, North Scituate, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance (Cocaine) 2.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance (Promethazine) 3.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance (Alprazolam) 4.) Operating with a Canceled/Suspended/Revoked License-3rd and Subsequent Offense and 5.) Larceny Under $1,500. The arrest was the result of several calls for an erratic operator on Route 95 in the City of Warwick and Troopers stopping the vehicle on Jefferson Boulevard. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
At 3:53 AM, Troopers arrested Lisa McCormick, age 35, of 150 River Vue Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence: BAC Unknown-1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
