At 11:14 AM, Troopers arrested Brandon Hong, age 26, of 528 Beverage Hill Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Disorderly Conduct- Making Loud Disturbing Noise 2). Disorderly Conduct- Obstruct Street, Highway, Sidewalk, and 3.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was a result of Troopers responding to a disturbance in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men's Intake Center.
At 1:03 PM, Troopers arrested Ralph Pierre, age 36, of 8 Monticello Street, North Providence, Rhode Island for 1). Domestic Violence- Criminal Violation of No Contact Order -1st Offense. The arrest was a result of a Barracks investigation and Troopers taking the subject into custody at his residence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace and released.
