At 1:42 AM, Troopers arrested Jose Oliva, age 21, of 22 Bend Street, Providence Rhode Island for 1.) Simple Assault, 2.) Resisting Arrest and 3.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Headquarters where he was processed, and misdemeanor released.
