At 9:30 AM. Troopers arrested Thaddeus Farman, age 40, of 58 Bethel Street, Warwick, Rhode Island on a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 West in the City of Providence. Farman was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, then transported to Providence Superior Court for Arraignment.
At 9:09 PM, Troopers arrested Peter Delossantos, age 32, of 22 Hawthorne Street, Providence, RI for 1.) Throwing Objects at Moving Vehicle 2.) Simple Assault 3.) Disorderly Conduct – Fighting Tumultuous Behavior 4.) Forgery / Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a road rage incident on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a Probation Violator (32F).
At 9:25 PM, Troopers of the Traffic Safety Unit arrested Randy Cortes Melo, age 21, of 56 Angel Road, Cumberland RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – Second Offense – BAC Unknown, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, 3.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Damage to Attended Motor Vehicle, 4.) Driving with a Suspended License – 3rd or Subsequent. The arrest was the result of a hit and run investigation on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital then State Police Headquarters where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a violator.
At 9:46 PM, Trooper of the Traffic Safety Unit arrested Randy Hanson, age 45, of 39 Locust Street, Pawtucket RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – First Offense – BAC Unknown, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of investigating a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
