At 12:22 AM, Troopers arrested Trevor Hedger, age 26, of 300 Lambert Lind Highway, Apt. 439, Warwick, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to reports of a road walker on Route 95 South at Thurbers Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and held overnight pending arraignment.
