On Thursday, July 2, 2020, at 11:35 PM, Troopers arrested Paul Dawson, age 58, of 15 Hayes Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Domestic Violence- Criminal Violation originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Harris Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.
On Friday, July 3, 2020, at 1:32 AM, Troopers arrested Johan Cuellar, age 38, of 812 North Main Street, Blackstone, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs – B.A.C Unknown – Second Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 North in the Town of North Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
