On Friday, July 31, 2020, at 6:25 PM, Troopers arrested Richard Davies-Doku, age 35, of 35 Meadowbrook Way South Kingstown, Rhode Island, for 1. DUI 1st Offense BAC Unknown and 2. Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a motor vehicle accident on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned, and later released to a responsible adult.
On Friday, July 31, 2020, at 7:04 PM, Troopers arrested Emmanuel Estevez, age 18, for Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses over $1,500. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the subject turning himself in at the Lincoln Woods barracks. The subject was processed, arraigned, and released.
On Friday, July 31, 2020, at 8:33 PM, Troopers arrested Luis Brito Berrios, age 49, of 185 East Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs (Phase I .142 – Phase II .145). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broadway Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released to a responsible adult.
On Saturday, August 1, at 1:03 AM, Troopers arrested Javier Vargas, age 20, 33 Phoenix Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island for Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Thurston Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
