At 9:53 PM, Troopers arrested Darel Martinez, age 22, of 9 Whelan Road, Apartment #1, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1) Reckless Driving 2) Disorderly Conduct 3) Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle and 4) Driving with a Suspended License Third or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of several E-911 calls for motorcycles/ATV's operating on Route 95, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a bail violator.
At 1:17 AM, Troopers arrested Reggie Fabian, age 41, of 135 Burgess Avenue, Apartment #1, East Providence, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor/Drugs With Children Under the Age of 13 - BAC Unknown-1st Offense and 2) Chemical Test Refusal. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
