At 7:00 AM, Troopers arrested Leonce Konate, age 28, of 105 Otis Street, Mansfield, Massachusetts, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards and 2.) Computer Access originating of the Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a Lincoln Woods Barracks investigation and the East Providence Police Department subsequently locating the subject. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and later transported to Sixth District Court for arraignment.
At 10:49 PM, Troopers arrested Elton Rivera, age 37, of 4 Osborn Street, Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for Domestic - Simple Assault and Domestic – Refusal to Relinquish Telephone. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
