At 10:06 AM, Troopers arrested Yareli Figueroa, age 21, of 28 Berkshire Street, Apartment #1F, Providence, Rhode Island for Receiving Stolen Goods. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where she was processed and later arraigned at Third Division District Court where she was presented as a Probation Violator.
At 9:32 PM, Troopers arrested Matthew Ricci, age 22, of 13 Sugar Maple Drive, Coventry, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of investigating a motor vehicle accident in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a bail violator.
