At 2:33 AM, Troopers arrested Nathan Tartaglia, age 24 of 35 Melbourne Street Apt. #4, Boston, MA for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown – First Offense 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Tartaglia was transported to the Lincoln Woods barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
