At 10:33 AM Troopers arrested Rosherly Luna, age 23, of 41 Ford Street, Providence, Rhode Island on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the initial charge of Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Department of Motor Vehicles in the City of Cranston to take the subject into custody. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
At 1:00 PM, Troopers arrested Ariel Morales, age 25, of 3499 West Shore Road, Warwick, Rhode Island on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Forgery and Counterfeiting originating from the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Service Road in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.
At 10:48 PM, Troopers arrested Ivan O'Neal, age 43, of 125 Stewart Street, Fall River, Massachusetts on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks for 1.) Domestic Assault and 2.) Domestic Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and the Tiverton Police Department taking the subject into custody. Mr. O'Neal was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
