At 3:55 PM, Troopers arrested David Tineo Nunez, age 22, of 145 Ethan Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for; 1.) Domestic Simple Assault, and 2.) Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a domestic disturbance which occurred on Cranston Street in the City of Cranston. Tineo Nunez was processed at the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending a morning arraignment at the Third Division District Court where he will be presented as a violator.
