Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 10:18 AM, Troopers arrested Yolanda Hazard, age 45, of 101 Carnation Street, Apt. #3, Pawtucket Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Wrongfully Obtaining Telephone Services, originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Pawtucket. Hazard was processed at the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.

At 11:28 AM, Troopers arrested Joshua McCombe, age 46, of 575 Dyer Ave, Apt. #115, Cranston, Rhode Island, on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant, for failure to appear for restitution payment, on the original change of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Cards, originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. McCombe was processed at the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.

At 2:57 PM, Troopers arrested Paul Lefebvre, age 65, of 33 Sessions Street, Providence, RI, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and or Drugs – First Offense – B.A.C. Unknown, and 2. ) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Lefebvre was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and arraigned before a Justice of the Peace. Lefebvre was later turned over to the custody of a responsible adult.

At 5:34 PM, Troopers arrested Deritson Pereira Sousa, age 19, of 24 Barber Street, Central Falls, RI, on a Third District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Duty to Stop – Accident Resulting in Damage to an Attended Vehicle originating out of the Lincoln Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Pereira Sousa was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
