At 1:47 AM, Troopers arrested Joshua Fuller, age 28, of 116 Reservoir Avenue, Cranston, RI for Obstructing a Policer Officer in Execution of his Duty. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Cranston Police Department advising the Lincoln Woods Barracks they had the subject in custody. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight as a violator pending an arraignment at Sixth District Court.
