At 9:52 AM, Troopers arrested Richard Taylor, age 61, of 80 Diamond Street, Providence, Rhode Island for an Active Bench Warrant out of Third District Court for Failure to Appear for a Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving With a Suspended License. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation. Taylor was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to Third District Court.
At 10:04 AM, Troopers arrested Christopher Lawson, age 30, of 45 Cedarbrook Road, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs – First Offense (Blood Results Pending). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the city of Pawtucket. Lawson was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later turned over to the custody of a responsible adult.
At 10:39 AM, Troopers arrested Jeremy Richardson, age 41, of 75 Douglas Avenue, Apt. #1, Providence, RI for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Sexual Offender Registration Required originating out of the Providence Police Department and 2.) Superior Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Sexual Offender Address Charge originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Richardson was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
At 1:29 PM, Troopers arrested Fabio Balbueno, age 52, of 107 Colfax Street, Providence, RI, for an active Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. Balbueno was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed later transported to Providence Family Court.
