At 4:35 PM, Troopers arrested Jesus Garo, age 32, of 144 Pavilion Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Superior Court bench warrant, for Failure to Appear for a Cost Review, on the original charges of 1.) Possession with Intent to Distribute, and 2.) Distribution of a Controlled Substance to a Minor, originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Providence. The subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.
At 1:45 AM, Troopers arrested Jackeline Montenegro, age 32, of 34 June Street Apt. East Providence, Rhode Island for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked/Canceled License originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Thurbers Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Women's Intake Center.
At 2:00 AM, Troopers arrested Jordan Lewis, age 23, of 37 What Cheer Avenue, East Providence, for 1.) Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs - First Offense, BAC .15 or greater (Phase I: .185 BAC, Phase II: .185 BAC); 2.) Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle; 3.) Driving With Suspended License- Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 195, in the City of Providence. Lewis was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
At 2:45 AM, Troopers arrested Jahsua Jennett, age 19, of 214 Morin Heights Boulevard, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation that occurred on Route 95, in the City of Providence. Jennett was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
