At 2:45 PM, Troopers arrested Christian Sanchez, age 25 of 159 Bridgham Street, Apt. #A17, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to appear for pre-arraignment conference on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
At 11:52 PM, Troopers arrested, Miguel Sanchez, age 30, of 141 Bellevue Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/ or drugs – BAC Unknown, 2.) Refusal to submit to a chemical test – second offense, 3.) Resisting legal or illegal arrest, 4.) Reckless driving, 5) Simple Assault or Battery, 6) Disorderly Conduct, and 7) Operating on a suspended license – special circumstances. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a bail violator.
