At 11:51 PM, Troopers arrested Tyrone Collins, age 25, of 246 Vermont Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks and 2.) a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the charge of Driving with an Expired License originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.
At 12:30 AM, Troopers arrested Agnes M. Aubert, age 30, of 269 Prospect Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle, 2.) Simple Assault, 3.) Disorderly Conduct - Fighting/Tumultuous Behavior, and 4.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. This arrest was the result of a hit and run motor vehicle accident and subsequent investigation. The subject responded to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future Sixth District Court hearing.
At 12:21 AM, Troopers arrested Margarita Morales, age 50, of 139 Messer Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on a violation on the charge of Manufacture/Deliver/Possess with Intent originating out of the Providence Police Department, 2.) a Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on a Violation on the charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V originating out of the West Warwick Police Department, 3.) a Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on a Violation on the charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance, and 4.) a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Manufacture/Deliver/Possess with Intent originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 South in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Women's Intake Center.

At 2:25 AM, Troopers arrested Rebecca A. Shepardson, age 38, of 57 Cowesett Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs - First Offense, BAC Unknown, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a call to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for an erratic operator and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the custody of a responsible adult.
