At 4:05 PM, Troopers arrested Jonathan Issa, age 40, of 1226 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Willful Trespass; and 2.) Uniform Aeronautical Regulatory Act, Air Traffic Rules – Negligent, Careless, or Reckless Operation. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future Third District Court arraignment date.
At 9:33 PM, Troopers arrested Odaazha Hazard, age 21, of 17 Goddard Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Third District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a pretrial conference on the charge of Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty originating out of the North Kingstown Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue, in the City of Providence. Hazard was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.
