At 12:41 AM, Troopers arrested Alexander Brown, age 31, of 91 Hartford Avenue, Apt. 123, Providence, RI for a 1,) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Domestic Felony Assault out of the East Providence Police Department 2.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Providence Police Department for Felony Assault with a Knife, Domestic Simple Assault, and Violation of a No Contact Order. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Huntington Avenue, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
