At 7:40 PM, Troopers arrested William Nesbitt, age 27, of 50 Meader Street, Lincoln, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs B.A.C Unknown – (pending blood results) – 2nd Offense, and 2.) Operating with a suspended license – special circumstances. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident and subsequent investigation on Route 95, in the City of Cranston. Nesbitt was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for minor complaints of pain and was later processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and held pending morning arraignment.
At 10:11 PM, Troopers arrested John Kelley, age 38, of 16 Mowry Street, Apt. 1, Manville, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs B.A.C Unknown, and 2.) Refusal to submit to a chemical test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146, in the City of Providence. Kelley was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released to a responsible adult.
At 3:15 AM, Troopers arrested Branden Dagama, age 24, of 524 Hunt Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs B.A.C Unknown, 2.) Reckless operation, 3.) Operating with no license – 3rd Offense and 4.) Refusal to submit to a chemical test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Twin River Road, in the Town of Lincoln. Dagama was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released to a responsible adult.
