At 10:15 AM, Troopers arrested Robert Pagliarini, age 32, of 34 Whipple Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstruction of a Police Officer in Execution of Duty, 2.) Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle, and 3). Disorderly Conduct – Fighting Tumultuous Behavior. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation in the City of Providence. Subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Sixth District Court date.
At 1:15 PM, Troopers arrested Nathan Mercado, age 21, of 161 Montgomery Street, Providence, Rhode Island on a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Schedule I-V originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 10 in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Superior Court for arraignment.
At 1:11 AM, Troopers arrested Syretta Nelson, age 30, of 160 Child Street, Warren, Rhode Island as a Fugitive from justice on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Witness – Dissuading out of the Seekonk Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
