Today, the Rhode Island General Treasurer's Office released the following statement:
"Rhode Island General Treasurer Seth Magaziner has been notified that he may have come in contact with an individual who tested positive for COVID-19. The Treasurer has not tested positive and does not have any symptoms, but will quarantine in accordance with Rhode Island Department of Health guidelines, and he will continue to maintain a full work schedule from his home until further notice. All Treasurer's Office operations will continue as normal."
