At 10:54 AM, Troopers arrested Richard Lury, age 27, of 26 Vallone Road, Cranston, RI, for 1.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Damage to an Attended Vehicle, 2.) Driving with a Suspended License (Third or Subsequent Offense) and 3.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the North Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 146. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed, and transported to Sixth District Court for arraignment.
