At 11:21 AM, Troopers arrested Anthony Huntley, age 26, of 13 Frederick Street Apt. #1, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs B.A.C Unknown - Passenger under the age of 13- 1st Offense and 2.) Reckless Driving. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 10, in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace and release to the custody of a responsible adult.
At 9:51 PM, Troopers arrested Curtis Mathieu, age 24, of 26 King Street, North Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Violation of No Contact Order- 3rd Offense; (2 Counts) and 2.) Driving with a Suspended License- 3rd Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Valley Street, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a bail violator.
At 2:00 AM, Troopers arrested Derek Baptista, age 21, of 39 King Street, North Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) License or Permit to Carry a Pistol and 2.) Obstruction of Officer in Execution of Duty. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Whitman Street, in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
