At 10:16 PM, Troopers arrested Thomas Lyons, age 53, of 1571 Main Street, Apartment #27C, West Warwick, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/ or Drugs- First Offense- BAC Unknown, and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test- First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Providence Street in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
At 2:28 AM, Troopers arrested Neil Condon, age 27, of 66 Candace Street, Apartment #2, Providence, Rhode Island for an active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the North Kingstown Police Department on the original charge of Domestic Simple Assault. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to the North Kingstown Police Department.
