At 3:45 PM, Troopers arrested Kerri Bestwick, age 34, of 26 E George Street, Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Smithfield Police Department on the original charge of Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Killingly Street, in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to the State Police Headquarters where she was processed and later turned over to the Smithfield Police Department.
At 9:55 PM, Troopers arrested Anthony Saieta, age 45, of 74 new London Avenue, West Warwick, Rhode Island on a Superior Court Bench Warrant Failure to Appear for Arraignment for 1.) Possession of Schedule I to V less 10 grams (Crack Cocaine), and 2.) Possession of Schedule I to V. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Harrington Hall to remove an unwanted party. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and held overnight as a bail violator.
