On April 21, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Tommy Ngo, age 35, of 10 Fenmoor Street, East Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Cocaine; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Ketamine; and 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance – Marijuana. Mr. Ngo was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and then turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.

On April 22, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Helder Erben-Martins, age 18, of 19 Monticello Street Apt 5, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Cranston Police Department for the following: 1) Felony Robbery (2 counts); and 2) Felony Conspiracy (2 counts). Mr. Erben-Martins was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Cranston Police Department.

On April 22, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Jaemari Lucas, age 20, of 19 Monticello Street Apt 5, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Cranston Police Department for the following: 1) Felony Robbery (2 counts); and 2) Felony Conspiracy (2 counts). Mr. Lucas was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Cranston Police Department.

On April 22, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Kizayah Correia-Arroyo, age 18, of 19 Monticello Street Apt 5, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Resisting Arrest; and 2) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty. Mr. Correia-Arroyo was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned in Providence County District Court.

On April 23, 2025, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Iriel L. Marmolejos, age 49, of 121 Verndale Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses; 2) Fraudulently Obtaining Assistance; and 3) Giving False Documents to Public Official. Mr. Marmolejos was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released on $10,000 personal recognizance.

On April 23, 2025, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Daniel Delgado, age 20, of 299 Heather Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts out of the Town of Salisbury for the following: 1) Two Counts of Felony Larceny; 2) Two Counts of Felony Credit Card Fraud; 3) Two Counts of Identity Fraud; and 4) Two Counts of Conspiracy. Mr. Delgado was taken into custody without incident and turned directly over to the Cranston Police Department for his arraignment.
