At 3:17 PM, Troopers arrested Benjamin Taylor, age 25, of 70 Kennedy Plaza, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – 1st Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to reports of an erratic operator and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 295 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third District Court.
