Scituate Barracks

On Thursday May 1, 2025 at 1:10 PM, Troopers arrested Glorimar Resto, age 33, of 244 Massachusetts Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving with Suspended/Revoked License originating out of the State Police - Scituate Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street, in the City of Providence. Resto was transported to the Scituate Barracks, processed, and later turned over to Sixth Division District Court to be arraigned.

On Thursday May 1, 2025 at 1:57 PM, Troopers arrested Felix Torres, age 70, of 180 Pleasant Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the charge of Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses - Over $500 originating out of the State Police – Scituate Barracks. The arrest was the result of the subject being detained by Capitol Police at the Division of Motor Vehicles. Torres was transported to the Scituate Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
