At 5:16 PM, Troopers arrested Luis Santiago Martinez, age 39, of 320 Valley Street Apartment 2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Technical Violation Hearing on the original charges of Domestic Violence – Vandalism, Simple Assault and/or Battery and Criminal Violation of No Contact Order, originating out of the Providence Police Department, 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Technical Violation Hearing on the original charges of Domestic Violence – Family Court Violation Protective Order and Disorderly Conduct, originating out of the Providence Police Department, and 3.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charges of Domestic Violence – Unlawful Breaking/Entering Dwelling House, Criminal Violation of No Contact Order, Vandalism, and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest, originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Valley Street in the City of Providence. Santiago Martinez was transported to the State Police – Scituate Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center
