On Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 12:51 PM, Troopers arrested Michael Bourne, age 33, of 2070 Adam Clayton Powell Jr Boulevard 7N, New York, New York as a Fugitive from Justice for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the original charges of 1.) Conspiracy, 2.) Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud, 3.) Sales or Receipt of Stolen Vehicles, and 4.) Trafficking in Motor Vehicles with Altered VIN originating out of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington, DC. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. Bourne was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Fourth Division District Court for arraignment.
